It’s time for Om Yum’s annual Christmas in July! Arrive at 9:45am so you can settle in and be ready to start yoga at 10am.  The 2 hour yoga class will zip by and then we’ll head to the house to enjoy Mike’s special Christmas lunch extravaganza with all of the trimmings.  Afterwards we’ll head back to the yoga shed for a gentle 1 hour guided meditation that will leave you feeling calm, rested and refreshed.
